In a move reflecting its humanitarian and social responsibility, Minia University launched a series of blood donation campaigns across its faculties, in collaboration with the Minia Regional Blood Transfusion Center.

Prof.Dr.Essam Farhat, University President, emphasized that blood donation is a national duty that saves lives and promotes community values, praising the enthusiastic participation of students, faculty, and staff.

The campaigns included health checks and blood screenings to ensure donor safety, while highlighting the health benefits of donation, including stimulating new blood cell production and early detection of potential health issues.

Prof.Dr. Mostafa Mahmoud , Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, noted that student participation reflects their awareness of volunteerism and social responsibility, aligning with the university’s mission to foster life skills and community engagement.
