Minia University achieved outstanding results in the January 2026 literacy
and adult education program, with 8,485 learners successfully completing the
courses out of 13,154 enrolled.
The university ranked 4th among 29 Egyptian
universities, with contributions from 10 faculties, reflecting its strong
commitment to combating illiteracy and serving the community.
President Dr. Essam Farahat emphasized the
program’s role in promoting social responsibility, linking education with
national development, and fostering a culture of community engagement among
students.
